NCast is a viewer for SHOUTcast.com. It fetches genres and picks from the server (cURL library) and displays them using the NCurses library. Playing is done with MPlayer (for now). Threading is done with the Pth2 library. There hasn't been any official releases, only CVS tarballs (see below).

Sreenshot 1: Catagories in the genre window, which can be un/collapsed, with blue arrows contain bookmarks, hightlighted catagories have picks. The progress bar on the bottom shows the progress of the selected catagory. In the center of the screen is the help window and to the left of the genre window is the pick window which is updated as pages are fetched.

Screenshot 2: An MPlayer equalizer plugin. This plugin will just return a string for the mplayer command line when a pick is selected. The plugin also will work without NCast from the command line.
